After 10 PM, when they close, the employees hide and don't serve customers through the drive-thru. They should improve that, because everything else is very good.
Drive-thru service was excellent. He was a very nice young man. Very fast service.
Popeye's as a franchise is amazing, but this location is often disappointing. The food is typically lukewarm (nothing a microwave can't fix) and stuffed into the to-go bag as if the employees are rushing to put the order together. This time, they didn't even seal the chicken sandwich bag. I don't blame the employees, though, they're being exploited at minimum wage. I wish capitalism could be solved by reheating it in a microwave too =(
