I have not ate at Popeyes in a long time and now I know why. I went in and a few people waiting. I went to the counter to place the order and she said that was not her job, We are to place the order at the kiosk. The location had self service machines to place your order. Popeyes might as well just keep the cook and get rid of everyone else. Her attitude was not nice and I am not asking for a Harvard graduate to serve food just someone to be nice. Chicken was very fresh.
Came through the drive through on my lunch break, ordered a 3 piece tender, and was told to park on the side and wait. I was not given a wait time, I was not asked if I wanted sauces, and I was not even offered a receipt. After waiting 10 minutes, myself and two other customers who had arrived before me and been forced to wait saw customers that arrived AFTER us receiving their orders while we were still waiting, so we ALL walked inside. This place was kinda busy but customer was loving quick. I just dont understand how I wait 15 minutes and my fries are not fresh. But overall these gentleman stayed business and was friendly.
love this location but i ordered the cheesy garlic bites to try and the bag was so greasy i had to throw them away.
