Popeyes forgot my chicken sandwich and they did not pick up the phone when I attempted to call them multiple times.
Bad service. I ordered for pick up and when I picked up I asked if everything was in the bag. They said “I don’t know”. I said “can you please check” and the guy barely opened the bag and said “looks good”. I drove all the way home to find out that they did not put the hot ones sauce in the bag. Which cost extra and was the entire reason for my order. Not only do they not check to see if your order is correct but they don’t care to do so when you ask them to check it. They simply don’t care.
I frequent other Popeyes and love their boneless chicken wings. I opened the container and I laughed out loud. This was small nuggets not boneless chicken wings. I tried the beans and they tasted a bit like burnt rubber. I did complain and they said they are not affiliated with other Popeyes.
PLEASE EAT HERE IF YOU WANT THE MONEY TAKEN OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT AND NO FOOD GIVEN. I placed my order through the app kinda late. It was 8:30 they close at 9:00 and they were still receving orders on the app (usually the app doesn't let you order if it's the cut off time).I came in and waited like 10 minutes then asked when it would be done. Absolute worst Popeyes I've ever been too. The woman working at the front was apathetic and extremely slow on preparing the food. I thought at least the food should be okay right? Nope, food was even worse. Every chickin piece was dry and without seasoning. The skin was burnt to crisp. Biscuits hard as rock, the cajun fries taste like it was prepared days ago.
