1.They had no chicken… they are popeyes with no chicken how is that possible? 2. This is perhaps the worst Popeye's experience I've had. Every time I visit, I never receive what I ordered. The staff frequently forget to include sauces in my bag, and I often don't get a straw or silverware either. Collierville should consider replacing this location with a better restaurant, as it seems to be declining in quality. If they could improve their service and attitude, there might still be a chance for this location to succeed. I love Popeyes, but I can’t stand the type of food quality they provide in Memphis and the locations surrounding. I ordered a 3piece spicy tender combo and I thought the box felt light, but since I sat in line for nearly 30 minutes, I decided not to look before leaving the drive-thru. I realized today why I haven’t been to Popeyes in so long. Just ridiculous. And for $10?! What a complete ripoff. Won’t be going back.
Horrible bought ten piece chicken meal with mashed potatoes got 6 piece chicken with no potatoes trying to call the store no answer
