I really like Popeyes but this specific location is poorly managed and staffed. On 2 occasions (months apart) I was told that their credit/debit system was down and they were only able to take cash. Another visit, they were out of chicken pieces and only had tenders available. I went yesterday and waited in the drive thru line behind 2 other cars. Each one taking about 10 minutes at the speaker. No customer service at all. The girl acted like she was high on something. After poor service the last two times no more.
door dashers don’t come here!! lobby was closed, then waited over 25 minutes in the drive through just to have to pull to the curb and wait on the food again.
This is ridiculous. I’ve been sitting in my car for 35 minutes (15-20 in line) and the rest in the parking lot… still waiting on food. The guy taking my order took it 3 times until someone else jumped on and took it. Then I was told to go wait again. Please get the people trained.
