Asia and crew did a good job with the food and service.
Chicken hard.
Not paying attention to orders and giving one singles dipping sauce for 4 tenders and 2 orders of fries is completely just from lack of common sense from the employees. Reading tickets is not hard. I understand people are busy, but this is every time I come to this location. Will not be back, it would be different if this didn’t always happen but clearly the employees and management just don’t care enough to open their eyes and read.
This is absolutely the worst Popeyes location. Customer service is non-existent, management is obsolete, and ZERO sense of urgency. I've been in drive-thru 40 minutes on a Tuesday at 12:45pm with no one acknowledging customers at the speaker after saying "hello" countless times. Had I not paid for my order online, I would not be here and refuse to call customer service for a 3-5 day refund. NEVER. AGAIN.
