why can’t they never pick up the phone
This was a horrible experience! I waited in line for over 45 minutes. Plus my sides were cold. This abomination of an “restaurant” should be permanently closed. Inexcusable! I don’t care how backed up you are. This should NOT be happening. The woman working in the drive-thru could use some customer service training. I want my money back! I ordered online through the Popeye's website. They sent me the wrong chicken and left out half my sides. I called the restaurant 4 times, no answer, had to deal with corporate's stupid robot chat agent instead, which is useless. I don't want a refund in 24-48 hours, I want the food I ordered, tonight. And apparently there's no way to do that. idk why I even bother ordering out anymore.
My fish sandwich was so full of grease and soggy 🤮so gross . It tasted like from the sea to my bun . Too fishy and greasy disgusting 🤮 couldn't even take another bite it was so nasty .
