Preordered a turkey to pick up the day before Thanksgiving and got to the store and found out that the employees sold it. They were rude and unprofessional and acted as if it was my fault that I preordered and set a date for pick up. I was informed that “I should’ve called before and checked to see if they still had them”. It was a preorder! Why would I call ahead to make sure? That’s the point of a preorder. Still haven’t been able to get a refund or any help from Popeyes

The workers here take forever with your order and the auntie behind the counter with a wig can't hear you. She need to get her hearing checked. They were blasting music, people watching, and wasn't serving customers. I watched the staff make fun of people that walk by. Terrible service.
