Absolute garbage customer service. cold food. Rudest and slowest person i have ever seen. My fries and sandwich were both cold. I asked for extra pickles and there were no pickles. I asked for two mac & cheese and there was no mac & cheese. no thank you. And I found a curly hair in my food.
Hands down the WORST Popeyes experience I’ve ever had. The girl working the drive-thru was beyond rude — completely unresponsive while I was ordering, like I was inconveniencing her by existing. No greeting, no confirmation, no receipt, nothing. Just attitude and silence. Of course, the order was wrong. I ordered mac and cheese — didn’t get it.
