I have been to this location numerous times mainly drive-thru. The employees seem agitated by your presence. They serve you old dried out chicken without hesitation. It's sad.
Stopped in with my family around 830-9 pm June 12th. There were at least 5 people working and at least 3 looked up at us and kept on walking. No one ever said hello or bothered to ask if we were ready to order so we turned around and left after about 5 minutes of this. We went down the street to Whataburger which is what I recommend everyone to do rather than stop here.
I’m in Ruston this week for work and I tried to go to this Popeye’s twice and the service was terrible. The first night I pulled up to the speaker and was told to go inside. The second night I tried I was asked“can you wait a minute” so I waited 5 minutes then she takes half my order and it turns into radio silence. I had to say hello? 3 times then she asked me to go inside. So I just left.
I got a good deal today at the Popeyes on farmerville hwy. I got 2 6.00 big boxes and the chicken was fresh and hot and my order was correct and they gave me a lot of ketchup packets. Great job. And the employee at the driv thru told me to have a nice day. She was so sweet.
