My order was 35 minutes late, even though I ordered ahead on the app. When I arrived, I was told to wait an additional 10 minutes. The doors were closed early, and I had to pick up my order at the driveway along with several other customers who had also been waiting a long time. Despite our wait, the staff prioritized walk-ins over mobile orders. The staff seemed completely indifferent, and I left extremely disappointed. I will not be returning to this location.
