Lazy workers, took 30 min just to get home to a wrong order and some over burnt chicken. Do better Popeyes
10-5-25 update: Went back to grab 8 piece family dinner. Maybe last time long wait was just bad luck. Ordered at drive thru and was asked to move forward to wait. 15 minutes passed and I went inside to see why is order taking so long. There were a bunch of workers standing in back just waiting for chicken to cook. They said it will take another 10 minutes until chicken is cooked. This Popeyes seems like a “knockoff “ Popeyes. It was horrible . I was just here last Saturday and every time I go there it’s AWFUL. By far the worst Popeyes ever. I don’t think they care about their customers or what they are serving. The food is disgusting, unseasoned , and NEVER fresh. They gave me Broke Leg chicken that was clearly undercooked. In my opinion they need to CLOSE IT DOWN OR SEND EVERYONE IN THERE BACK TO TRAINING. Do not eat here.
I love Popeyes. Their spicy chicken sandwich is awesome. I had never been to this location before but it was just on the way to where I was going. I went through the drive thru & I was the only car. I also noticed that there was only 1 other car in the parking lot. After I paid they asked me to pull forward & they would bring my food. They took 10 minutes to finally bring my order, they didn't include the sauce I ordered, and they only gave 1 spork for 2 mashed potatoes. I spent $30 & received $5 service.
