I placed an order on here through the Popeyes app, and french fries are not an option on the sides portion of the chicken dipper bundle. I called to have the mach potatoes switched out for fries, as the french fry option was not available on the app. A lady answers the phone and was so rude, she didn’t articulate herself well, and she didn’t seem to understand what I was saying about french fries not showing up as an option. I came an hour and a half before closing, and politely asked what was left being that the inventory was most likely low and what was already out and I am not sure if it’s the manager that wears a gray shirt, but I was welcome with the most rude ill mannered attitude that I’ve received from a Popeyes establishment. I love Popeyes chicken I support Popeyes, but being welcome by somebody that isn’t happy there doesn’t feed well into my experience and I’m not wanting to leave reviews but this one stood out to me.
