Don’t eat here !! My boyfriend and I came here last night we had to wait over 30 minutes only for the chicken to be SPOILED with a horrible smell and taste. Waste of money
The service is exceptionally poor. After being ignored for an unacceptably long time, I was finally able to ask about my online order. The girl behind the counter picked up a receipt handed to someone else, then started helping people who had just walked in the door. If this was not prepaid, I’d just walk out.
I have been in DFW since 2019. This is the best Popeyes so far close to DFW area. The one by my house in far north Dallas on Beltline Rd. has flies real bad. The worse so far is the one in Irving at Market Place Blvd, everything was nastyyyyyyyy. At this point, I’m scared to try others in the area. I actually wait until I am in outskirt cities to order Popeyes. Being a southern Louisiana native, I am appalled at the quality of Popeyes in the area. Arrived 11:20 PM on July 10th, 2026. Waited for a couple of minutes. Was told on the intercom that they’re “closed”
