Went to pick up food today around 11:05am on 8/6/2025. Older Hispanic woman behind the counter said to the guy in the kitchen area that I look like a monkey in Spanish. I'm Asian but translator app says "he looks like a mono" means "he looks like a monkey".
2nd time they screwed up my order . And forget about answering the phone. I guess it must take a rocket scientist
Servers are so rude
My daughter asked for a drink by pointing at the picture, and the person serving her (who appeared to be the manager) misunderstood her twice and treated my daughter poorly. This woman shouldn't be serving customers! Rude, bad-tempered, and brash. Zero stars deserved. This happened in Willowbrook Mall.
