First time at this Popeyes and it was great! The chicken was hot, crispy, and fresh, and the staff was super friendly—they even gave me a free dessert and coupons for next time. Excellent service and clean location!
Let me START OFF by saying that the food is AMAZING!!!!! TRUELY SOUTHERN!!!!! But UNFORTUNATELY, the Pleasant St Popeyes, is FILTHY!!!!!!!! PLUS, they have one person there that was working the register when my boyfriend and I went, who BAIRLY EVEN SPOKE ENGLISH!!!!!!! He had to keep asking his co-worker to STOP THE WORK THAT SHE WAS DOING to translate!!!!!! So, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND you order through DOORDASH or something like that. Or, just DON'T GO to that location.
Nobody could speak any English. Workers walked around taking there sweet time. Very poor customer communication skills. I shouldn't have to wait almost 35 min for my uber eats order. This is on going problem with this store. I wont take anymore orders from Popeyes. I will not get a bad rating because the staff are so slow.
