When the manager is there, everything moves more fluently. He is a step ahead of his action, which is what's needed in food industry. The last 2 times I came over, everything has been great and no issues. I'd assume the guy who helped last time was a new trainee because he looked a little confused and overwhelmed. Came to pick up my mobile order I placed exactly at 1434, but was told they were making new batch of fresh chicken and it will be ready in 13 minutes (at this time, it was already 1440), so I set a timer and waited in my car for 13 exact minutes and came back at 1453. The guy looked overwhelmed so I didn't say anything and let him take care of other in person order.
