When the manager is there, everything moves more fluently. He is a step ahead of his action, which is what's needed in food industry. The last 2 times I came over, everything has been great and no issues. I'd assume the guy who helped last time was a new trainee because he looked a little confused and overwhelmed. When the manager is there, the store holds up very well.
