**Sunday, March 9 @ 5:15 PM** My drive-thru experience took 18 minutes from start to finish. I spent over 6 minutes waiting at the speaker to place my order, despite there being no visible cars ahead of me. After finally placing my order, I proceeded to the window, where I waited an additional 12 minutes for my food. The manager was wonderful about keeping me informed of the status of my large carry-out order. The food was fresh and delicious. We are big fans of the mashed potatoes and gravy. We still miss the green beans!
Made an online order, picked it up through the drive thru. Had to go inside twice to have my order corrected, my food was cold by the time I left, but I finally got it all. The store was dirty, the kitchen floor was littered with food/ trash & the exterior is falling apart. The employees were very nice & helpful, but it seems there is a serious lack of training. The sign as you drive in saying new management is falling over, which was absolutely foreshadowing for the experience to come.
