The guy at the window was nice and polite the food order was bad. Ordered an 8pc Butterfly shrimp and it was not full shrimp but cut up shrimp pieces. I would have gotten something else. Partner ordered a 3pc chicken dark and it was all white meat.

As I made my order and was asked what is the drink I would like, he then let me know that there were no carbonated drinks available. Only tea, Hawaiian lunch and lemonade. I requested the cranberry lemonade in which he said he had to upcharge 70 cents. I asked why would you upcharge me when my options are few due to you not having carbonated drinks available. I like Popeyes but this location needs a lot of help, we got a 12 piece but they must have forgotten to add seasoning to the chicken because it didn't taste like Popeyes usually does. Also the meat was rubbery and seemed over cooked. We came here before and it was ok but this time, horrible. It's going to be a long time until next time we visit Popeyes again. We spent $45 or better said we lost $45. Truly disappointed.
