Terrible customer service. Placed an order online and tried to pick it up in the drive-thru and was told they do not service the drive-thru and required me to go inside.
A word to the wise: this location is notorious for getting an online order COMPLETELY AND TOTALLY wrong. It's like they just can't help themselves. Unfortunately for us, it's too convenient to go elsewhere. For example, tonight we ordered an 8-piece with mashed potatoes and cole slaw and a 5-piece tender with red beans and rice.
