Wait was terrible. It took 10 minutes to order and another 10 minutes to receive purchase. Unsatisfactory. I went in store and ask for my money back. Will never go to this Popeyes on Nine mile Road. road
This place needs to be shut down.
I have been to this particular Popeyes two times. Both times I had to wait almost 35 minutes for my order! Service is always terrible! The food is barely warm. They seem to always be out of something.
Short staffed and they were doing a great job. Sergio was working drive-thru and front counter very well. Handled two angry customers and was polite. Did good. I’ll be back
