They took a bag with the intention of labelling it before Thanksgiving weekend. They received the bag in time to complete it two weeks which is the time they stated they needed to label it. I waited two weeks and when I called them on Monday before Thanksgiving they closed the store from Saturday to Saturday and will not open until Dec. 1, after the date we needed the bag. What ever happened to good customer service? My family and I enjoy eating at Popeyes Chicken in Vacaville, CA. But what ever happened to the "good ole customer service...service with a smile" Well I believe that is long gone!! On Sunday June 2, 2008 I went in to order a Chicken meal for my family.
