Terrible experience. While the gentleman and another lady tried to help me with my order the older line cook lady would not let them give me my food because my online order wasn't in the system. The gentleman that was making it had the women come up and take it out his hands saying no order in the system no food. Yet I had 2 confirmed receipts and a bank transaction showing said purchase. How the one women handled it was unacceptable not just rude to the costumer (me) but rude to the other employees.
It was missing pickles and the spicy sauce
I would first personally like to thank Crystal for making things right tonight. This location is unbelievably lucky to have her! Although my order was completely wrong (chicken was not correct, everything was cold, half my drinks were wrong. It looked like they didn’t even try) at first but Crystal did everything to make it right tonight. God bless you for going above and beyond you were a Rockstar!
I waited 10 minutes for someone to finally take my order. She could barely understand my questions. when I drove up to the drive-through window the guy was sticking his hand out to me without saying a word. It wasn’t until I looked at him that I realized he wanted my card. I didn’t get any of the dipping sauces I asked for and got regular chicken instead of spicy that I asked for. worst experience of my life, hands-down.
