if i could zero stars i would, literally the worst popeyes i ever been too, they’re are rude & need more training on the job. they always mess up my order and put anything in my bag. i always order large fries in the drive thru & they sneak a small fries in there. That’s stealing !! lucky i don’t sue. DON’T GO TO THIS POPEYES UNLESS YOU WANT A BAD EXPERIENCE!!!
I visited Popeyes for the first time yesterday and had a great experience. Paola and Gustavo were very friendly and patient in explaining the menu and helping me decide what to order. Thanks to their excellent customer service, I felt welcomed and was able to fully enjoy my visit. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much for the outstanding service!
After having to wait in the drive thru for my food, I needed up having to drive back to the store because they forgot my pie. When I went inside to get my pie I asked for an additional sauce and the employee goes “ next time we will have to charge you for the sauce”. After messing up my order and inconveniencing me that’s your response… ridiculous. Horrible customer service
