Probably the best cinnamon apple pies!!! The chicken sandwich were amazing
45 minute wait while I watched multiple people come back for missing napkins, condiments, food items. Cold fries and the bacon cheese I ordered had one piece of bacon the smaller than the pickle and the sauce covered same said pickle. Manager lacking and young man behind the counter to busy checking the same tickets, dancing and joking around. No wonder you have 1.5 stars. Up your game before you have to find another job. No wonder this place has such a low rating. The front desk guy here is rude and the chicken has basically nothing on it. Will not be going here again. Treat your customers nicer.
As both a customer and a delivery driver this location needs to have its staff retrained on speed of service and product quantity control. Either always out of something or delays due to inability to maintain stock, it's always something causing deliveries to arrive cold or customers/drivers have to wait 15+ minutes for there orders to even be ready for pickup. Been here 3 times this location is poorly run, always missing something and was told I cant add a drink and fries to my order at the drive thru window but made me wait 15min for my food in the parking lot, it’s always a 15-35 minute wait at drive thru. 2nd time we went they gave us the wrong order, this 3rd time missing biscuits from a family meal order, we like Popeyes food but this location is really hurting the franchise image.
