They made me fresh chicken to order that tasted amazing. April was so beyond nice and helpful!
literally just left the store and they didn’t have nothing and they supposed have to close at 2 and at 1:08 AM they told me they were closing just bad service
I placed an order online. The order was incorrect. Wings instead of boneless wings and missing both biscuits. Used online chat through app. Credit 300 points for the biscuits but no credit for the incorrect chicken. Pretty crappy way of addressing a customer issue.
Out of lemonade, no counter orders; kiosk only. Drumstick looked more like a shrunken finger. Mac and cheese is nothing special unless you like bland food.
