My daughter wanted Popeyes while we were out shopping.. ordered a meal, paid the upcharge for mac and cheese and they wouldn't let us get a cup of water. Ridiculous and greedy. SN: Order using the app/website for cheaper prices! I wish I'd known sooner! Same meals but upcharged since they're at the mall.

Use the kiosk to order if you're in a hurry. The staff needs to retrained on the POS system. The man who helped me at the register paused for 60 seconds after each item of my large order not able to enter it into the system. Maybe it's a confusing interface, but it was very frustrating. Especially because there was no apology or explanation. No "Sorry I'm still learning." Or "Please wait a moment the system is being difficult today." He simply said "Wait. No, wait."
