This location is terrible you guys gave me “FOOD POISONING” i been out of work 6 days cause of this throwing up an sick to my stomach…… The chicken is always dry as well an i never leave reviews but Ive had it!!! an i go back thinking maybe they got it together, change workers or something, but its the same thing every time, i dont know why this location is still open……………
People who are delivering food are in a bad attitude and ignore you when you ask about something.
This is in a mall food court, so I don't expect them to have every single menu item. But I would expect their online ordering platform to only allow me to buy food that they have. I placed an online order for the blackened chicken strips and paid only to be told at the counter that they don't have those and they couldn't cancel the order or give me a refund. I've been to this location three times and every time I order chicken it's very dry. It's like they keep it under the heat lamp for so long and it just completely dries the chicken out and the wings have hardly any meat to speak of. I have my receipt and I would like to know what I need to do to get a refund. I ordered this food yesterday and it was like this when I got home with it and I live too far away to turn around and go back the same day to bring the food back. I don't recommend this location.
