Waited long for the spicy chicken. But the food was alright. Waited for the fresh chicken but the fries were old

Food was old and horrible, I ordered 2 spicy legs the Hispanic tall male manager around 4:15ish started speaking before I could get in line good. He sucks honestly the food was old the shrimp all 9 of them were barely warm. How is this place still open. Ower you should be fined. These reviews do nothing the owner must not care because look at your reviews you are just as bad as your staff. Please just close down i will even pay to see you close and a new owner purchases it. For over 3yrs you guys just can't get it right
