I went to the Hilliard location and Lori was working they were getting ready to close and she still took our order and made them drop fresh everything for us and her customer service was amazing from the time she too my order, this is the best customer service I have had in a long time, because of Lori my experience was everything good and I will definitely be back to this location thanks to Lori
Food was on point Ashley and Andrea gave really good customer service and the store was clean
The manager on the dinner shift helped me out big time!! Place is clean, service is exceptional, and I’d refer anyone to stop by!!

Managers name is Lori and she’s amazing the kitchen at this location is immaculate. Chick en is super fresh. I order from this location even though I live closer to West broad. Use this location if you want fresh chicken from a super clean kitchen!!!
