Drive Through service was absolutely horrible.The dude inside the working in the counter was super chill, though. Food was good, Drive through Service, terrible probably won't come back.
This location lacks basic customer service skills. The lady working the drive thru intercom needs to be moved to fulfilling orders instead of taking them. Chicken costs too much to be served a side of attitude as well.
Food is expensive and I totally get it. But WHY GIVE ME 8 WINGS in a 12 piece family meal? Please explain. I get when I ordered you guys as employees were eating chicken that that just came out but come on. I didn’t pay 50$ for a meal for you guys to take what I ordered for my family. At least be fair. 8 wings, 1 breast, 1 leg, 2 thighs?!…….You guys literally made me sick with your bs when I opened the box. Feel free to reach out if you have the courage to.
Everytime I go the never have anything on my order
Ordered food 10-26-25, sick that night, sick this morning, place was not cleaned, 2 guys working the front did there job, manager and 2 ladies just standing around doing nothing, don't know if it's food poisoning but I'm definitely heading to the E R at 03:15
