This is one of the worst Popeyes I visit! Today I wanted to order inside because the drive thru was extremely long. I was told the inside closes at 5:00 p.m. The location is very convenient but the service is awful! Why is it closing at 5:00 p.m?
I know the industry is pretty much always fast-paced, but I have a hard time believing that the staff pays attention to their orders. This is the second time I have ordered blackened tenders and gotten fried instead. The first time I went back inside and waited over 20 minutes because the cook had a nonchalant attitude and had to remake my tenders twice. This time, I just didn't have the patience to wait.
