Ran out of chicken and wouldn't refund my online order. Corporate and the location did not provide an answer or a way to resolve the issue. Kept my money without a second thought, terrible customer service!!! Never order online if you're risking eating from here.
I like the Chicken a lot and the staff is nice but please make an effort to clean the tables once in a while. I have come here many times when every single table is covered in crumbs and/or spilled soda. You’re not Walmart. I shouldn’t have to wipe down my own table.
Horrible I have no words this place you can't even understand the manager nor the employes I talked to them in both languages and still couldn't understand them waited 45 min and he still didn't take my order or attention to me
Horrible service. Ordered through the app, they had no chicken left when I arrived to pick up my order. Refused to refund my money. Told me I had to call customer service and do it myself. Not friendly or helpful. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Will never return!
