I stopped by the drive thru and ordered spicy. I realized it was not spicy and went back and asked for my order to be corrected. The girl was annoyed. She took my bag and put again pieces of classic chicken rather than the spicy I had ordered to begin with and had gone back to have corrected. Not only that but when I handed her the order the first time around, she turned around and called me a liar to her co-worker. As if I couldn’t see my order was incorrect. I think it's pretty cool Sonia remembers the regulars and always greets us with "Welcome back to Popeye's!" The food and customer service are great!
Poor costumer service and employees still laughing at costumers instead of helping never coming here again
