Came in the other day with my family. The girl at the front, Victoria, was super friendly and patient while we were asking questions about the menu and the app. She suggested we try the new snack wraps and they were so good! Definitely a new favorite
I ordered a combo using a coupon inside. It came quick. I then used drive-through and had to wait behind a light green Mercedes that ordered 3 big bags of food that held up the windows for about 15 minutes themselves. I was using another coupon and grabbing food for my wife and 3 kids. I ordered 2 classic chicken sandwiches and 2 ghost pepper with cheese and bacon. Service at Popeyes is always hit and miss. You always need to check your order carefully before leaving. Even ordering on the app doesn't guarantee everything will be in the bag. Last visit they left out the sauce for the chicken wings. Time before that they left out the Cajun sprinkle seasoning packets. The only reason I consistently return is their Ghost Pepper wings. Even then they put them in a plastic "sauce" box where condensation softens the crispy chicken. This box should only be used for sauced wings.
