This place is awful. Don’t even waste your time coming. You’ll order your food at 4pm and won’t get it until 5pm!!!! Pure laziness in this establishment
The WORST staff ever! Does not greet you to take your order, curses infront you and will have you waiting almost an hour for food.
I ordered my meal a hour ago. I understand the the cops had to respond to an incident here, but the lobby was closed and I had to wait in line. When I finally get to the kiosk, they said they were out of the sauce I wanted for my wings. I said OK, and I got a different sauce. That was around 15-20 minutes ago, and im still waiting to get the order.
Ordered on the app at 7:56. Drove to the location which is about 5 mins from the house. While waiting in the line that was wrapped around the building the app notified us that our order was ready. Got to the speaker (10 mins later) they said pull to the window. (Another 10 mins) at the window they said the order wasn’t ready and to pull up and they will bring it out.
