My food was good
90% of the time the (delicious) food comes out REALLY slow. LOUD beeping noises from the kitchen every 2 mins terrorize guests trying to relax and enjoy a peaceful meal. Music is fine, barely audible compared to beeps. It's like a truck is backing up in the dining area. Employees are pleasant and apologize for the wait.
Personal is very inefficient. They prioritize orders based on how much people complain about their waiting time rather than the order they were done. Ordered a sandwich and fries and it took 30+ mins of course because I didn’t complain. They gave me the order incomplete to get rid of me because I was trying to advocate to myself and had to wait 10+ minutes more just for fries because they didn’t want to give them to me
Had a terrible experience at this location. Staff wasn't communicating that they didn't have certain items ready so we had to wait 20 mins for chicken tenders before I ask how much longer it would be. When I tried to ask for a refund cause I needed to be heading to a tour in the area soon and it was taking too long. Then suddenly it was all ready. When I did finally eat my meal it was all soggy and not fully cooked to be be crispy. Overall it was very frustrating experience.
