doesn’t even get order correct or give sauce and food is cold
I had to wait for about 25 minutes at this Popeyes, only to be told at the end that the system wasn’t working and my order couldn’t be processed. This was very unprofessional and frustrating. The staff and the manager should have informed customers much earlier instead of making me wait for so long. Definitely needs better communication and customer service.
The food quality is awful. Consistently stale no matter the time of day. I’ve ordered on Uber Eats several times and it’s a waste of money. The biscuits are always HARD like they were sitting out for days. Everything about this store is poor quality
