Realized my foood was at the wrong location and they made sure I still got my order!!
I received excellent customer service! Everyone was extremely helpful and shout-out to kadeja for offering me coupons to purchase my order! Love the vibes and the fact that saved money!
The atmosphere we very inviting! The team made sure I was seen and Kadejah ensured that everything I ordered came out fresh! Would recommend this location to anyone visiting NOLA!!
Understand this is only one instance of one employee, but she seemed as if it was a burden just to hand my single meal and drink to me through the drive up window. Never once looked at me and was completely dismissive when I asked about napkins for the meal, acting as if she couldn’t understand why I would need them. That should not be allowed to continue and if management was paying any attention at all, it couldn’t have been overlooked. Won’t be my first choice in a hurry next time.
