Horrible, if you are elderly they will take advantage of you if you cannot use the kiosk. I witnessed them try to make an elderly person pay 16.99 for two pc with one side. While they had a special that gives the option of 3pc for $5 and 2 sides for $5. I had to tell the employee to offer the special. That is so mean I can only imagine how many people they do this too. And the sides are always half full. Until you tell them to give you the correct amount. Disgusting group of people.
The Pelham Pkwy location is trash! Panhandling at it's finest. Owners and workers are dirty. Unsanitary. EVERYTHING IS STICKY!! I LOVE Popeyes but some places are so disgusting for more reasons than one. No one wears gloves. Seems family owned so ANYONE from the family can work their if they have experience or not. I'm all for "keeping a family in bisiness", they just need to do better. Fountain soda tastes like shit, moldy mystery liquid.
I go to this Popeyes as it is a local and close Popeyes to me. First this Popeyes doesn’t give fresh food mostly pre made chicken. Second I ordered blackened chicken wraps two to be exact one classic one spicy, they made me wait for over 10 minutes for my order, I would then go home as I made this order for take out and once I open the wrapping to see what I got I got regular fried chicken wraps for both of them thus getting my order wrong and making me wait long for no apparent good reason the chicken wraps were stale and l... read more
