DO NOT EAT HERE! I found a thread in my food! The thread was given to a team member and I was told they would remake the sandwich and give that to me but I was never given another sandwich or refund. Tried putting a support ticket with Popeyes, but they have no number you can contact and it’s been since Saturday and I have not gotten a response.
People writing positive reviews must know someone working in the kitchen at this location. There is not one good thing about this location. They’ve always been bad and only seem to get worse. Avoid this location at all costs
I am not one to write bad reviews, but I will make an exception. By far, the worst Popeye’s! Customer service was great, but everything else left everything to be desired. My food was very pricey!!!!! Everything was cold and tasted greasy. I threw everything in the garbage.
Jamika was phenomenal! Her & her colleagues were all friendly, polite, professional, & great attitudes. Order was taken & provided fast and efficiently ! Highly recommend this location. Excellent customer service & experience
Isiah had the chicken hot and fresh. This is the best fried chicken that I have had in a long time. I will return soon!!
