Several times when I order from this Popeyes, the food is wrong. They really don't care. The rice in my red beans and rice was undercooked and crunchy, I ordered Spicy White Meat chicken, and get bland dark meat. Did I mention this was for lunch? So not even during a dinner rush. There's no excuse.
Its Popeyes what more should I expect. Very old semi cold food served. Cashier seemed as if she hated every microsecond of being at work.
My son who was in the Navy for 20 years, walked in and asked to speak to with a manager. The place was filled with smoke. The manager did not have the exhaust fans above the fryers on. Then did not get all my Chicken. Paid 3.99 for half a small container of Cajun gravy. Had to tell them to fill it up. The Rice and beans was in pathetic. I Will try one more time. Will go to Milford next Time where I know you get what you pay for. Plus they know how to turn exhaust fans on.
Most incompetent location you’ll ever visit. You can order online 30 minutes ahead of time and still have to wait 15+ minutes for your food upon arrival. Has happened multiple times. Customer service is severely lacking. The chicken is good, but your patience will be tested by employees who just do not care.
