This review is delayed but I stopped on 2/15 and was greeted KT, Malaya, and Ms Ruthie. They were all super nice as I had never been to Popeyes.
Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a regular chicken sandwich. There was no marking on either sandwich to tell them apart. The cashier got our sides wrong but did correct it upon our asking. As far as quality goes, the sandwich was sloppily put together with bacon hanging off the side. The french fries, rather lack of, we're good but, jeese, could they spare more than 12? The bun, well, I'll let the picture do the talking on that one.
About 8 months ago, corporate ripped me off on the app for $6. They doubled down and basically said what are you gonna do about it... I used go 3x a week. Haven't been back since. Employees see me out in public and asked what happened to me. I hope they invested that $6 wisely. I feel bad for the people that have to work there.
