After waiting at the widow for my food for all over 5 minutes, I'm pretty sure my food was waiting to be handed to me for that long! My sandwich was barely warm and my fries were cold! The woman who handed me my food did not say a word, practically threw my bag at me at shut the window. I've about gotten used to this particular location being extremely slow at getting my food to me, but until today, it's at least been hot. I will not be back to this location.
Been 30 minutes and still haven't gotten my order. 3 people working trying to wait on online orders and walk ins. Finally got order and it was wrong. 5 more minutes to correct.
This location needs some attention very badly. Food is good most of the time but the service (or the lack of it) is horrible. Never have I seen more than 4 people in the whole store. Never more than 1 person taking the orders, no matter how many people are in line. Today was no exception. One person taking orders when there was at least 6 people in line. The BEST Popeyes in middle Ga!!
My husband went there to get the “Tackle box”. I had had it a few days ago from the Lake Joy location and loved it, so I wanted another. He was informed that “they didn’t have that”, and was confused so he asked when the promo ended and got the same the same answer. Don’t have it.
