Sunday after church, we had party of 9, we were greeted by several employees! Our food was served quickly! We only had one order missing 1 thing, but it was corrected right away no issues! These are the people you want taking care of you! Friendly and caring and treated us like close friends!! Thankful for all working today, was a great lunch/experience! Stay being BLESSED!! 🫶
I'm a doordash driver and they frequently leave out parts of my orders. I have had many issues with service there with some employees being rude and cussing while customers are in the facility.
Waited a hour for a 9 piece family meal. Workers were in the building just talking and had forgot about my food. They should have just left it closed down.
Stood in line for 15 minutes and was not waited on . Sorry customer service. Popeyes, you need more than three people working on each shift. Stop being cheap!!!!!!!!!!
