I have gone to many Popeyes and none are friendly, however this one the drive through employee was extremely rude, no manners and speaking to me as if I was not paying for my food. I decided to go else where, I refuse to purchase anything from a place that cannot treat me right.

They always try to short me on the biscuits. I should not have to always remind them every time I come. Kiosk and online orders only. Worker seem angry.

I have decided this popeyes doesn't exist anymore. After waiting over 30 minutes several times, I got the app to order ahead and see if it helped but wait times were the same. I even ordered while on 408 and then still waited over 30 minutes after getting to the store!

Update. 4 years later and it's just as bad!!! The absolute worst service anywhere. Every time it's the same. I'm done with this Popeyes! No gloves, no masks, and the very rude girl at the drive through window was eating while she was ringing me up! Then gave me a nasty look when I told her to wipe down the cup that's got soda all over the side of it before she handed it to me. The grounds outside the store are dirty and nasty.
