My disappointment was not with the food, but with the delivery. I requested that they ring my doorbell, when the delivery was made. That didn't happen!
Food was fresh, BUT it took 26min to make 2 chicken sandwiches, 3 piece strips, 2 biscuits. Just crazy slow. Only 2 cars came through drive through during that time, and there was 1 Door Dash inside with us and 1 other customer. 4 employees working.
Service is horrible. Since they opened years ago has always been long wait times. Even when you try to call they never answer the phone. They ignore drive thru, make people wait way too long so they end up leaving and go to KFC. Either hire better workers or close this store. I could drive to Ocoee get Popeyes there and come home and cars would still be waiting in Clermont.
We were completely ignored. We waited 50 minutes for our order, got frustrated, and left without eating. To make matters worse, they even swore at us because we were upset and decided to leave. It was absolutely shocking. Under no circumstances should you come here!
