Excessive wait time
Ok. Something is up with the grease/ grease trap. There is a weird after taste to all of the chicken products. As if maybe something spilled in the grease and no one fully drained?! It was terrible. I asked for three wings and got a breast thigh and leg. Not what I asked for. I didn’t want more chicken especially tasting that way. Also fix the bathroom door. Despite its promising appearance of a nice, crispy exterior, Popeye's Chicken fell short. While visually appealing, the reality beneath the surface was a dry and overcooked disappointment. Though not entirely inedible, its taste failed to live up to the anticipation created by its outward appearance. Observed an employee be rude to several elderly customers for NO reason. Like come on now. DO BETTER!!
I had orientation at this location on 8/30/2025 only to be met with doors locked and refused to let me in. Rude staff.
