Big cutos to Jon the only one maning this Popeyes today. He was very nice and offered great customer service. To his boss you should give him a raise or big tax free bonus. Definitely will be back again just for his excellent customer service and vibes.
I placed an online order at 10am which is when the restaurant is supposed to open. I got tied up and did not get to the restaurant until 10:30am. I forgot to specify drive-through, so I went to open the door to pick up my order. But the door was locked. I went to the drive-through and wad told my order would take another 30 minutes. I canceled the order and got something else. I won't say they were rude, but they did seem short with me. I certainly hope this is not how they normally operate.
Bravo William, many new managers have come here and tried to make a difference and have not been successful probably due to turn over or too high of expectations. I’ve been to a lot of Popeyes ( cumming, Alpharetta, Dawsonville, etc) against my best judgement bc it’s always a pain in the ass, whether it’s attitude, food or no sense of urgency- it’s always been bad but I believe you should get praise and not just criticism. They are consistently terrible at everything they do! SLOW! Orders are always messed up and sometimes they aren’t even open when they say they are! Stay away!
