I've eaten here several times a year for over 10 years. I've never had a disappointing food, service or experience. They are A+ in my experience.
Workers were extremely rude. Said it would be a little longer wait to cook, which I said it was okay, and they openly talked trash about me for that. Then crammed my sandwiches in a bag, tossed the bag on the counter and walked away. Unprovoked and very rude.
I don’t know what kind of sorcery Popeyes is trying to pass off as “mac and cheese,” but whatever this was, it shouldn’t be legal. What I got was a sad, melted clump of overcooked cheese fused onto a fork like some kind of culinary fossil. The cup was practically empty, as if they scooped it with a thimble and charged full price for it.
