I have given this place 4 chances becauseI wanted to give them opportunities, and every single time they messed up my order, my sandwich is literally missong every single time, its unbelievable!
This is the best fast food restaurant we’ve ever been to! The manager, Rocio, personally came over to our table to welcome us and even gave us some free strawberry pies. We had both never tried Popeyes and didn’t know what to expect, but this experience exceeded all of our expectations. If you’re deciding which Popeyes location to visit in SLC, definitely choose this one! Deserves an even higher rating ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
The customer service was so bad

I never write negative reviews, but this time I really can’t tolerate it anymore. In the past, there were already several times when I ordered a 5-piece fried chicken combo but was only given 4 pieces. Even then, I still kept coming back to this location. But this time it was even more outrageous, they only gave me 3 pieces. I honestly don’t understand how counting properly can be this difficult. I will never come back to this store again.
