On February 28, 2026 around 10:46 PM, I visited this Popeyes location for the first time ever. My mother had just moved into the apartment building next door, and to celebrate we decided to try Popeyes since neither of us had eaten there before. I visited this location today at 4038 S Redwood Rd in Salt Lake City and had a very disappointing experience. I purchased two sandwiches and was sitting at my table. After finishing my own coffee that I brought from outside, I briefly filled a small amount of soda into my cup. The manager approached me aggressively, took my cup, dumped out my drink, and loudly accused me of stealing. She then began recording me while continuing to yell and threaten to call the police.
