The boy at the cashier in the small black jacket should be moved to a different position because of his rude behavior. He rolls his eyes at customers just for asking about the menu, and he has already messed up my order twice. If he can't handle the responsibilities of being a cashier without an attitude, then he shouldn't be in that role.
Worst Popeyes ever! They hire immature, unprofessional kids to work. They crowd around the back door outside and smoke vapes with gloves on their hands and then go back inside. They play, giggle, curse, and socialize with each other at the window instead of dealing with the customers. They don't pay attention to what you order and leave off food, and pretty much give you whatever they want you to have as oppoose to what you ordered and paid for. The food is dry and overcooked.
