The customer service is extremely poor, mainly because of the female manager who is in charge of preparing the orders. She always speaks and attends to customers in a rude manner, with an unpleasant and annoyed expression on her face. I don’t think she’s the right person for that position.
I visited this Popeyes on 10/20 around 7:30 PM and ordered a 5-piece meal. I was told there would be a short wait, which was fine. However, when I got back home, I realized there were only 4 pieces of chicken in my order. I walked back to the restaurant to get the missing piece, but the female employee working around 8:15 PM seemed completely indifferent and not caring to the situation. Disappointed again! Ordered from counter kiosk but received wrong items in the order, plus kiosk printed wrong items on receipt compared to what I asked for. All this after waiting 10 minutes while at least 2 employees disappeared around 6pm, leaving the cook alone. Then was told since I ordered from the kiosk I had to call customer support to get a refund. After trying, not completely worth the hype. While the tenders and burger were great, the wings were dry and greasy. Service was very average. Worth a try but other options.
