They ripped me off. I ordered 12 piece dark classic and they gave me 7 wings, 2 breast, 1 thigh, and 2 legs. Happen around 9 pm. This was 3 weeks ago before the incident happened to a customer got burn with the chicken because the worker threw it at her and the employer got arrested

Operation is not guest friendly. I tried to do a purchase on the app, and after waiting in the drive-thru line, was told I had to get out of line, park, and come inside to finish the order. And then I got in my car and drove home to eat it. Operations need to be fixed so that way people don't have to go through something like that.
