THE PEOPLE THAT WORK HERE ARE INCOMPETENT. They’ll see a line, won’t turn around to take orders just continue making the 1 order that they have. Also, there’s never an apology for waiting while we’re waiting. Even when I place an order online it’s NEVER READY. They don’t make my order until I walk in the store and I literally sit and watch them make my order. Go to order some lunch during my lunch break and wait at the speaker for 5 minutes. The person comes on and says "Sorry, I am busy. i'll be with you.". Once they ask what I want, I specifcally said no pickle on my sandwich. I watch the screen for accuracy and it doe snot show not show my correct order. I get asked to pull around where I am greeted by the manager running the drivethrough. I said again, "that is no pickle, right.", he glares at me and said yeah. I wish I got their names but the service was great. Very friendly, quick service, all fresh food. I got to try sweet and spicy wings with a barbecue sauce twist, it was delicious.
This is a really slow location. Do not recommend. We waited in line for over 30 minutes and just left because it was taking forever.
The staff couldn’t care less about customer service. Especially, one lady in dark grey uniform ignored our order and left it in a corner, even though it had been ready. We waited here for more than 30 minutes for a mobile order until a nice young gentleman decided to help us. 1 star for this young man.
