There was a night I was exhausted off work, I made my order 5 min before closing and I felt probably would be late. Truth is they prepared my food, held the door for me and gave me all the sources with the best service as always. This meant a lot to a hungry PhD student. I appreciate this.
It took them 15 to 20 minutes to make my order the lady after ordered me and got her food before me none of them were wearing gloves and were on there phones

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ John provided outstanding customer service during my visit to Popeyes. He was friendly, professional, and made sure my order was accurate. Even though it was busy, he stayed positive and kept everything moving efficiently. The food was fresh, and the overall experience was excellent thanks to his great attitude. Employees like John are the reason I’ll keep coming back. Great job!
