Really looking forward to the fried pickles but they were very soggy.
Placed an order online. When I arrived they said they had an “emergency shutdown” and couldn’t make my order. When I asked for a refund, they stated since it was placed online I would have to request the refund online. When I tried to request the refund online through their “customer support” which is just an AI bot, I received no response. I looked up the Popeyes customer service number and called… and guess what… there is no option for anything other than a text message which takes you right back to the AI bot smh. I was having a bit of trouble understanding the app. An employee named James did a wonderful job of explaining the app, rewards and all of the benefits associated with it. He always does a great job making my family and myself feel at home.
I went to this location on 13 Feb 2026 at 1150 in the morning. The “gentleman” behind the counter working the chicken is extremely rude. He should not be talking to customers. I ordered 2 meals. One meal got about 15 French fries and they just threw them in the bottom of the bag, no container. I also ordered a sweet tea. They keep the sweet tea behind the counter and they gave me a large ST with NO ice and not even room to put ice. Nothing like warm sweet tea. The other drink was supposed to be a root beer.
