This was my first time eating here. We did drive through, spoke clearly and our order was wrong. Chicken was barely warm and they gave us cold Mac and Cheese instead of mashed potatoes. Not impressed!
First off, the service here at this location(West Valley, Utah) is one of the WORST. The guy who works at night, needs proper training on how to serve people with kindness. He is the first person to pull up too, & he was not friendly, not even a hello. I didn’t finished giving my first order and the question that was asked before I finished “IS THAT ALL?” Repeatedly. Hot and tasted great.
Can't get sauces because I made an online order and had to pay to get them. What the hell I paid and ordered a lot of chicken and I can't even get one bbq sauce? So stupid
The customer service was absolutely amazing I placed a mobile order and they gave me regular tenders instead of spicy so I went back through the drive through and they were so sweet and apologize which I already felt bad because they were amazing when I came and picked up my order I believe the manager her name rocio and David the worker were absolutely amazing i recommend this Popeyes 😀 thank you guys for going above and beyond to make this amazing 👏
