Made us wait over 30 minutes, I wanted to use the restroom and it was locked, they told me it gets locked after they cleaned it, so technically I can use the restroom but only to wash my hands, I told them they close at 1am and it was only 10pm, how ridiculous. Also part of the lobby was closed so we can’t choose where to sit….i noticed after I washed my hands they locked the restroom again …. No wonder why this chain can’t compete with the big ones

Bought a 9 piece with mashed potatoes was able to eat 4 pieces the rest was so dry and hard that I was afraid to throw it in the garbage that it might hit another price and burst in to flames I didn't order the dehydrated chicken but you gave it to me so in short it sucked

I had a horrific experience with the drive thru employee. A young man (with a mustache) was EXTREMELY rude while taking my order. He yelled at me and my passenger, and once I drove to meet him, he was even more rude! I tried to apologize (although I was not in the wrong) to him and calm him down, but that didn't help. The food here was absolutely delicious, but needless to say I probably won't be going back to that location. If I could've left zero stars, I would have.

Went through the drive thru. Who ever was taking orders was giving attitude because we couldn't hear over the speaker. He got frustrated when we asked to speak louder. When we told him at the window, He continue to give us attitude. When we were trying to explain we couldn't hear and we weren't trying to be rude. He had an attitude and wouldnt even speak a word to us. Even when we said thank you for the food. He didnt say anything and rolled his eyes.
