This is by far the RUDEST and most UNPROFESSIONAL experience I have ever dealt with. Messed up my order and didn’t have the time to check before starting a phone call and making me wait!
I went to this Popeyes and the manager Vanessa was really rude and disrespectful I ordered a family meal through the drive thru and they told me it was going to be a 20 minute wait and I said no problem I will park and wait, all of sudden Vanessa the manager she is coming to different cars saying what is your order I don’t have time for this I was so confused because service has always been good at this location and today was pure chaos I’m pretty sure you we’ll get a lot of complaints because she does not know how to manage... read more
Janel is amazing, she provides top tier customer service!!!She advised I try the mango frozen lemonade and it is delicious! I’ve came 3x already and each time she’s had a bubbly attitude with a smile on her face. Thanks for being a kind human Janel it doesn’t go unnoticed!!!
