I would never go back here. Manager whom was apparently the general manager was unwarrantly rude to my roommate and myself at 2 different occasions. She was skimping on sauce for the chicken tenders and expressed that my order doesnt come with ANY, and that i have to buy it. She constantly cut her employees off that were talking to me and was a horrible example of costumer service. I have tried reporting it to the website but have yet to get a response. I suggest for people to go spend your money elsewhere.
Cleanest Popeye branch I've ever been into. One of the best chicken place this side of the Mississippi.
It’s a rare time I have a bad experience but I went and was trying to order through the drive through but the machine had fallen over and they couldn’t hear me even tho I was yelling they would just say to speak up. That’s no big deal I get. But when I get to the window to place an order the Employee was very short and rude. The order was done online. The quality of the chicken was substandard, not fresh and unacceptable after I and my family ate the chicken. The manager was arrogant when asked about redoing the order for fresh chicken. My wife ordered the chicken online but time of the order did not coincide with the receipt. We will never order chicken from there again and I will be sure to let others know how we were treated.
