Shout out to the front male worker! Gave me the best customer service in regards to my order and even brought it back outside when it was ready!
Ever since this business was taken over by a new owner they can't seem to manage it. They literally have no sense of customer traffic. Three times now they have no chicken at the busiest times, like a Friday after 4:30pm! C'mon man. People are going to stop on their way home from work. Be ready! Also, don't put people's food order ticket up on your metal rack and then forget about it because all of the other tickets are put on trays to be processed.
