I went through the drive-thru and unfortunately found there is a massive curb sticking out that is not visible from within the vehicle, seen in the picture with lots it tire mark. This caused a huge gash in my wheel and upon taking pictures noticed another vehicle with their front right tire also blown in the parking lot. This is just unexceptable. This is a continuation because this is truly the only way I can get a response. Yesterday I hit a curb sticking out into their drive through, a hazard that should never exist in a properly maintained and designed lot. Very rude customers service. I got different order for my daughter. They messed up our meal and they ask us to return our to exchange to a new one . This not good at all
I’m not sure what is going on with this Popeyes but it is always subpar and I keep going back hoping it will improve. The food is always slow. I waited 15 minutes after going through the drive through and wasn’t sure if they would bring the food to me or if I needed to go inside. Chicken tasted good. Fries were off today. Not sure what wasn’t right about them. Mac and cheese tasted like plastic got melted in it. One redeeming quality was they gave me an extra sandwich.
