So this maybe im wrong here. When I was a manager at a McDonald's when someone brought in a mistake from another store nearby I fixed it didn't matter that it wasn't my stores fault. I went to store in stone-ridge because it was on my way home. They made an error but I didn't notice till I got home. So I went to this store that is closer to my home to see if they would correct the error. They did not. :( can't totally fault them but it was only a side and not an entire meal.

Yesterday we are deciding buy luch from this Popeyes store on chantilly VA I m place order for pick up when I m go inside the manager David tell me chicken is come on 12 minutes after that I m waiting over 20 minutes I ask for my order he said here are mistakes give my order to another customer but he is waiting for the customer bring back to store to gime to me I said not I want fresh order no the order customer take out for mistake What type manager is this I m working restaurant service I m will never do it that
Every time I order I have to park and wait 10-20 mins just for my food. Tonight I ordered 15 mins in advance on the app so that it would be ready when I arrived and they still asked me to park and wait for my food and I still had to wait 15-20 mins tonight. On top of that they didn’t want to make my Mac and cheese. And still forgot my fries. Worst Popeyes ever the need to hire people that take responsibility. Or a general manager that cares
I went to pick up my order but all the doors were closed. They only opened it after I called them.
